Q: What is the difference between "Essential Oils" & "Fragrance Oils"
A: We hear these terms used a lot everyday in the wrong context. We have linked a full article talking about their differences, you can view it by clicking here
Q: What does it mean when something says "Eau De Toilette", "Eau De Parfum" etc?
A: These are concentration levels of the aroma compound used to make each fragrance. We have linked an article explaining this more in depth. You can view it by clicking here (opens in a new window)
Q: What makes these products different from what I get from the department stores?
A: As far as quality goes, nothing. We test all products directly against what the major brands offer. Ususally through the course of blind testing, our products are chosen. But we ask that people don't just take our word for it, we encourage that people try a small amount or a sample package first to ensure a particular product is what they want. We stand firmly behind the quality & performance of our products. We can achieve a pricing structure that major brands cannot because with us you are only paying for the actual value of product- not an inflated designer name. We also have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee!! If for any reason your are unsatisfied with a product, just send it back and receive a 100% refund (unlikely that will happen once you use them though)
Q: Are these products "knock-offs"?
A: Absolutely not!! This is a common question, and often times we will address it first. When we use a designer name, it is only to give the consumer an idea of the fragrance we are referencing. We are not affiliated with any of these brands or manufacturers.
Q: What is the best method for getting started ordering from your service?
A: The hardest part about getting started with our service is not being able to smell the different elements that make up each fragrance. We have developed a simple "sample-based" system to help you get started. You can read about the process by clicking here (opens in a new window)
Q: What do I do if I want to make a purchase, but I'm not sure of what to get?
A: No problem at all! Just send us a quick email with answers to as many of our "Fragrance Usage Questionaire" as possible, and we will work with you to put together the best package to fit your needs. You can view the questionaire by clicking here (opens in a new window)
Q: What do I do if I am unsatisfied with a purchase?
A: We developed our system to make sure this kind of thing doesn't happen, BUT if for any reason you are unsatisfied with a purchase just contact us for a swift resolution. If no resolution can be reached, a full refund will be given.
Q: What is the difference between your "perfume body oils" & "skin-safe aroma burning oils"?
A: The difference is in the concentration level. The perfume body oils are the highest concentration to last as long as possible on the skin. The "burning" blends are still potent, but we blend the concentration level lower to make for a smoother & more efficient "burn/diffuse"
Q: I'm interested in blending my own scents, can you help me?
A: Yes, many of our customers like to blend fragrances together to create their own unique aromas. Some are simple, and some are more complex. We are here to help you with watever you need.
Q: I'm interested in purchasing a large amount, can you handle large orders?
