We have created a Custom Fragrance Usage Questionaire to help us get a better understanding of your potential uses for fragrance so that we can serve you better!!
Don't look at this as some kind of daunting essay, our system is designed to serve a wide range of fragrance users. We deal with the very simple to the very complex. Feel free to pick & choose which questions to answer, it can be just 1 or all. This just gives us a better understanding of how best to serve you!!
Also remember that you do not have to answer all of them at once. We will keep a log of your responses and add to them as you send us answers.
